Lisztomania

Motion Design

2020

A design project explores the influence of music on posters and animation to create a different visual narrative and storytelling.

Abstract

Lisztomania was a term used by the German writer Heinrich Heine to describe the hysterical reaction of fans towards the music of the Hungarian composer Franz Liszt during live performances, later on, it was a single song by the French music band Phoenix. And in modern culture, it’s a term used to describe the continuous need to listen to music all the time. I’m a big fan of music and all the time, I’m listening to something, it changes all the time but there’s no fixed genre, I always visualize the music, see it in poster and animation.
